Solution

Through vxPCC, the telecom operator’s subscribers were introduced to several fresh services, many of which were previously unavailable in the market. These included time-based offers, service-based data packages, plus free-data offerings, all provided in an extremely cost-friendly and efficient manner. These new mobile services were facilitated for the client within a relatively short period of us partnering with them. 


Deep Packet Engine and vxAnalytics features were built into the new platform to provide real-time visibility on the network along with bandwidth utilisation. The new platform was also embedded with an in-browser selfcare widget enabling subscribers to check their balance in real-time and activate data packs without leaving their browser. This gained recognition industry-wide as the first facility of its kind offered by a telecom operator across the region. While the platform offers the option of smooth integration with any Online Charging System (through Gy, Sy interfaces), the platform also boasts its own bundle charging module. This allows subscribers the benefit of activating an unlimited number of data packs. One of the biggest advantages of the innovative vxPCC platform we built for the client involves its capability to scale up or down as and when demand increases or decreases. 


What’s more, with this unique pay-as-you-grow system, our client was able to convert their usual CAPEX oriented model into a monthly OPEX model, which gradually increases as demand grows. Within a period of 24 months, our client managed to increase their internet bandwidth tenfold.

vxNetEye - Lawful Interception platform with Big Data capability.

vxNetEye is a powerful lawful interception platform for telcos who needs to comply to certain regulatory requirements. The platform is built to support petabytes of data on Hyper Convergence Infrastructure. Designed on time series data model, the platform is capable of storing trillions of records and accessing them very fast when as and when required by the law enforcement agencies or regulators.


The platform also support Contract-Tracing functionality which was purposed built to identify the whereabouts of COVID-19 infected patients.


vxNetEye also ultra fast look up customer internet usage based on public IP address. Once the customer MSISDN is identified, the suspected subscriber behaviour could be analysed using holistic customer 360 feature. This not only displays the customer usages but also the connected user details can be visualised lightning fast.
